This stone is surrounded by a halo of 46 x 0.54 total carat weight of Brilliant cut diamonds of (VS) in clarity and (E-F-G) in colour. Diamonds are also set around the band. Beautiful filigree detailing. Custom made. Current finger size: 6. This ring cannot be resized as the diamonds go all the way around the shank
