Ladies Platinum Patek Philippe Dress watch. This watch features a platinum adjustable mesh bracelet set with 4 diamonds. The case is geometric in design. It measures: 30mm x 16mm in size. The case is surrounded by single cut diamonds and blue Sapphires. Original dial with Roman numerals. Manual winding. Circa 1930's.
